I’m Tiffany Savener, PhD, LPC Associate (under the supervision of Mark Cagle, LPC-S). I specialize in trauma-informed couples therapy, guiding partners through healing after betrayal, infidelity, and past trauma. My approach is rooted in the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy, helping couples rebuild safety, connection, and lasting intimacy.
Here’s how the process works:
Initial Session (Together): We meet in person or virtually to discuss your concerns.
Online Assessment: You’ll each complete a confidential, research-backed questionnaire.
Individual Sessions: I meet with each of you separately to better understand your story.
Feedback & Planning Session: We review your results and create a roadmap for healing.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions: Together, we work to restore trust, improve communication, and reconnect.
